I was asked by OG Media to create an identity for Smith & Nephew’s “Let’s Talk” stand at the BOA in Dublin. Along with the initial branding designs, I also created the look of the supporting microsite and social media.
The initial Let’s Talk branding was designed as a fresh identity, but one which featured subtle nods to the existing Smith & Nephew branding. Also covered at this stage were some mock ups of how the logo could be applied to real world situations.
Alongside the Let’s Talk event branding and logo design were designs for the social media and digital side of things. The branding was expanded across a twitter, facebook and youtube site. Also designed was a microsite to carry the Let’s Talk brand, which could then channel people off to the correct social spaces. This was all topped off with an email campaign to keep people informed on various topics covered at the show and to wind things up after.
For the event floor I designed large banner posters that would adorn the main area of the stand. Also included were large posters for the product pods that sat at each stand corner. This was the final piece of the puzzle to tie the entire branding work together.
